Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to shipment. If your order is canceled before it ships, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are charged only once for shipping, including return shipping (if applicable)
- No restocking fees apply
- If your order originally included free shipping, the return shipping cost will be shared with the customer, based on our actual shipping expenses
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider—processing may take time
- Reach out to your bank, as refunds can take several days to post
